What Is Young Irish Budgeter?
How can you make informed financial decisions without understanding the fundamentals?
My name is Áine…

Hi, I’m Aine,
the creator of Young Irish Budgeter.
Over time, I became increasingly aware of the messages being directed at women online. There was no shortage of advice on appearance, trends, and products to buy, but far less conversation about building financial security.
The reality is that women continue to face distinct financial challenges throughout their lives. Many experience career breaks, lower lifetime earnings, and gaps in pension contributions, all of which can have a lasting impact on financial outcomes.
Yet one of the most valuable things any woman can do is take an active interest in her finances.
I believe financial education should be accessible to everyone. Understanding how money works, how wealth is built, and how financial decisions affect our future is not complicated, it is simply knowledge that has not always been explained clearly.
Young Irish Budgeter was created to help change that.
This is a space focused on practical financial education, helping people build confidence with money, understand the fundamentals, and make informed decisions about their financial future. Because investing in your financial wellbeing is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself.
